Based in Rainhill, Merseyside, we offer a broad spectrum of massage treatments. From sports, deep tissue and remedial through to more holistic treatments such as Swedish, pregnancy, reflexology,hopi-candle, hot-poultice, reiki and relaxing facials. Our aim is to provide a service of care to help you be the best that you can be.
Open to all, we offer treatments to maintain, repair and prevent sports injuries such as muscle strains and pulls through to repetitive stress problems caused by work practices or poor posture right through to Holistic Massages purely for relaxation. We offer tailor made Treatments suited to your personal circumstances.

As a sports, remedial and holistic massage practitioner who's currently qualified to Level 5, I have been working since 2010 alongside continuous development to improve in both technique and theory. The Therapy Hut enables me to promote and expand my personal philosophies towards massage therapy. I look forward to helping with any massage and soft tissue problems you may have.

I've been a sports & remedial massage therapist since 2010. With a background in dance I learned first hand about injuries and the impact massage can have on optimising recovery. I have continued over the past 10 yearsto enhance and develop my massage techniques whilst incorporating more therapeutic forms of massage including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, relaxation treatments, pre/postnatal and seated chair massage. I am passionate about massage and its ability to help people.

Hi, I'm the newest member of the amazing Therapy Hut team. I'm a level 5 qualified therapist and have been massaging since 2020. Having a sports background in a range of activities such as Karate and Rugby, I know first hand about injuries and the benefits of sports, deep tissue, and relaxation treatments. Being at the Therapy Hut allows me to continuously learn and develop skills and techniques while practicing my own ethos of massage.
